Ingredients
3 ripe bananas mashed
1 cup (125 ml) of sugar
1 1/2 cups (190 ml) of white flour
1/8 teaspoon (1 ml) of salt
1 teaspoon (5 ml) of baking soda
4 teaspoons (20 ml) of soft butter (or margarine)
- Mix everything well
- Cook at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 1 hour or
until a toothpick can be removed clean
