Beef Paté

Ingredients
	2 lbs (900 g) of ground beef
	1 cut onion
	1 egg
	1 can of peas, take water out (14 oz (398 ml))
	1 pan of cooked mashed potatoes for 6 persons

- mix the egg and onion to the ground beef
- on waxed paper, put beef in a rectangle
- add mashed potatoes
- add the peas
- roll the meat, then cut in slices
- cook in a frying pan with either butter or margarine until
	the meat is cooked to your taste

* the uncooked slices can be kept in freezer for 3 weeks
