Chicken Kabob

Ingredients:
	steal stick (or)
	wicker; soak for 15 minutes in cold water
	chicken breast cut in cubes
	vegetables of your choice (brocoli, mushroom, cherry tomatoes,
		onion pieces, pepper pieces)
	1/2 cup (125 ml) of oil base salad dressing
	1/4 cup (62 ml) of oil

- put pieces of chicken and vegetables on wicker like you wish.
  Calculate the number of wickers per person
- take a frying pan and mesure thee diameter so that the wickers can
  be put in
- add salad dressing and the oil in the frying pan; deposit the
  wickers and cook at medium heat for 2 to 3 minutes for the cooking
  of the chicken.  If the frying pan darkens, add more salad dressing

* you don't have to marinate the chicken pieces.

* this meal can be served on a rice bed or a green salad
