Upside Down Cramberry Sauce

Ingredients
	17.5 ounces (500 g) cranberry
	1 cup (250 ml) of water
	1 cup (250 ml) of sugar (or 1/2 cup (125 ml) of sugar)

- put the cranberries in a pot
- rince with cold water, drain
- add the water and sugar
- cook at medium and mix from time to time
- when the cranberries pop, cook at low for 15 minutes so that
  they won't stick to the bottom

* conserve in refrigerator in a closed container but not a
  plastic one

* the rest of the cranberry package can be conserved in the 
  the freezer for one month
