- cut the number of carrots for the number of marinated containers
that you have
- rince the containers in boiling water to sterilise them
- turn the containers upside down on a cloth to empty them
- add one teaspoon (5ml) of coarse salt in the container(s)
- add the carrots in the containers
- fill the containers of vinager
- add either: - 2 cut cloves of garlic
- 1/4 teaspoon (1.25 ml) of celery grains
- 1/4 teaspoon (1.25 ml) marinated spices
- 1/8 teaspoon (0.6 ml) of mustard grains
- you don't have to put all the spices suggested, it's your choice
* the carrots will be good in the refrigeratrr for more than 1 month;
more you wait to open the containers, less the carrots will taste
the vinager
