Tuna Casserole

Ingredients:
	2 cans 6 oz. (170g) of pale tuna (water taken out)
	2 1/2 cups (625 ml) of pasta (macoroni, fusili or other but
					not spaghetti)
	1 can 14 oz. (398 ml) creamed corn
	half a brick of strong or old cheddar gratted

- empty the 2 cans of tuna in a casserole for the oven
- cut the tuna with a fork, then spread the tuna in the bottom of the
  casserole
- add the can of creamed corn; DO NOT MIX
- cook the pasta as you like them; take water out and rince the pasta
  in hot water
- add the cooked pasta to the casserole
- then, add the cheese on the top
- cook in oven at 450 degrees F (230 degrees C) for ten minutes

* when serving you can add parmesan cheese as you like
