Tuna Casserole

Ingredients
	1 can of tuna of 6 oz (170 g) with water removed
	1 can of mushroom cream of 10 oz (284 ml)
	1 cut medium onion
	1 cup (125 ml) of fresh cut mushrooms (facultative)
	2 1/2 cups (310 ml) chow mein noodles
	1 teaspoon (5 ml) of Worcestershire sauce
	2 teaspoons (10 ml) of soya sauce
	7 oz (200 g) of grated cheddar cheese

- Mix all the ingredients except the cheese
- put in an oven casserole
- Spread the cheese on top
- Cook at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 30 minutes
