Garlic Spare Ribs

Ingredients
	1 package of spare ribs (1 to 2 lbs (450 to 900 g)
	2 tablespoons (30 ml) of oil

- Add oil in a frying pan and let spare ribs cook until they are brown 
- put in a oven casserole and put aside

SAUCE:
	1 cup (250 ml) cold water
	1/2 cup (125 ml) of brown sugar not packed
	1/2 cup (125 ml) of soya sauce
	1 cut clove of garlic (if you want)

- add all these ingredients in a pan
- boil for 10 min.

- add sauce on spare ribs and mix
- put in oven at 400 degrees F (205 degrees C) for 1 hour

* this recipe can be frozen for 1 month

* You can double this recipe
