Ingredients
1 cup (125 ml) of white flour
2 teaspoon (10 ml) of magic powder
1/8 teaspoon (1 ml) of salt
2/3 cup (85 ml) of white sugar
1 egg
some milk
2 tablespoons (30 ml) of butter
- put egg in a measuring cup and whip it with a fork
- add some milk until 3/4 of a cup (95 ml) and whip again with
the fork
- put it in a mixing bowl
- incorporate the dry ingrédients, do not mix yet
- melt the butter, then mix everything
- put in a round pan of 8 inches (20 cm) greased and with flour
- Cook at 325 degrees F (165 degrees C) for 40 to 45 minutes or
until a toothpick can be removed clean
