Potatoes Gratin

Ingredients
	800 g (28 oz) potatoes
	100 g (3.5 oz) grated cheese (gruyère)
	25 cl (2 cups) fresh cream
	1/2 cup (65 ml) milk
	salt, pepper, nutmeg

- Peel, wash and grate the potatoes (like for chips) in a big salad bowl
- Add salt, pepper and garated nutmeg
- Mix gently by hand to not break potatoes pieces
- Whip the fresh cream, add milk and grated cheese
- Place the potatoes in a casserole, leaving at the bottom the water
	that was formed
- Add the sauce. Put in oven at 210 degrees C (410 degrees F)
	for 40 minutes.
 
* The cheese left on the top will gratin.
* Cut potatoes will be melting ... a delice.
* Serve for dinner with a green salad....
