Marmelade 1 2 3 4

Ingredients
	1 basket of peaches
	2 lemons
	3 oranges
	4 cups (1000 ml) of white sugar
	1/8 teaspoon (0.6 ml) of nutmeg (optional)

- peel off the peaches
- remove the stone
- cut the peaches, saving its juice
- wash the lemons; cut them in small pieces with the peel;
  remove the pits. Save the lemon juice
- do the same with the oranges
- add the fruits and their juices in a pot
- add the sugar
- cook at a low setting for 1 hour, stir
- put in jars and let cool off
- put in refrigerator to conserve

* this marmelade is not too sweet. For a hotter effect,
  you can add cloves
