Easy Sheppard's Pie

Ingredients
	1 lbs (454 g) of ground beef
	7 medium potatoes
	1 can of cream corn of 14 oz (398 ml)
	1/2 cup (125 ml) of milk or 1/2 cup (125 ml) water
	1 tablespoon (15 ml) of butter
	salt and pepper as you like

- cook the ground beef in a frying pan, remove the fat and put
	in a casserole that can go in the oven
- spread the corn over the ground beef and put aside
- peel off the potatoes and cook them in water until ready
- remove water from the potatoes leaving 1/2 cup (125 ml) of water
	in the pan or you can add 1/2 cup (125 ml) of milk
- add butter and mash them. You can add milk, salt and pepper at
	your taste
- put mashed potatoes over the corn
- put in oven at 450 degrees F (230 degrees C) for 10 minutes

* this meal can be kept in the freezer for 1 week
