Peannut Chicken

Ingredients for 4 persons:
	7 oz (200 g) of peannuts
	1 good fram chicken
	1 2/3 cups (2 dl) of (peannut) oil
	4 cups (1 litre) of water or chicken broth
	Salt, pepper and spice (to taste)
 
Cooking Time:
	About 1 hour depending the chicken's size

- Roast (or grill) a chickenun, at three quarters, adding a pinch
	of salt and pepper or other spices
- Grill some peannuts in a frying pan, skin them, then mashe them and
	cook them in boiling water to obtain a broth
- Seperate chicken in pieces (wings, legs, etc.).
- Enroll each piece in peannut broth, and fry (in oil) until
	completely cooked
