Saussage Quiche

Ingredients for dough
	200 g (7 oz) of flour
	100 g (3.5 oz) of butter
	a pinch of salt
	dry vegetables

- make dough with the flour, butter and a pinch of salt
- cook for 20 minutes at 180 °C (360°F) with aluminum paper
	and dry vegetables so ti will not expand.

Ingredients for quiche
	3 eggs
	100 g (3.5 oz) of grated cheese
	1 cup (125 ml) of milk
	1/2 cup (65 ml) of fresh cream
	sausages pieces already cooked or pieces of pork

- During the dough cooks
- mix 3 eggs, grated cheese, milk, fresh cream,
	sausages pieces already cooked or pieces of pork...
- Pour the contents on the cooked dough and cook again for
	20 to 30 minutes at 180°C (360°F) (until cheese is brown).
