Chicken Rice (4 portions)

Ingredients
	1 1/2 cups (375 ml) of instant rice
	3 boneless chicken breasts cut in small pieces
	1 garlic clove cut in pieces
	1/2 cup (125 ml) of chicken broth
	1 tablespoon (15 ml) of oil (commercial or olive)
	2 tablespoons (30 ml) of soya sauce
	1/2 cup (125 ml) of nuts (cachew, peannuts) at your choice

- cook the rice following the instructions, put aside
- cook the chicken with the oil on high heat until it is tender
  (about 5 to 10 minutes)
- add the garlic clove
- add 1 tablespoon (15 ml) of soya sauce
- add the nuts
- add the rice and diminish the heat
- add the broth and the soya sauce
- when evaporated, serve
- you can add soya sauce in your plate

* the chicken broth will avoid the rice to be dry

* conserve in refrigerator till next meal
