Oven Chinese Rice

Ingredients
	1 package of spare ribs (1 to 2 lbs (450 to 900 g))
	2 tablespoons (30 ml) of oil

- Add oil in a frying pan and let spare ribs cook until they are brown 
- put in a oven casserole and put aside

SAUCE:
	2 lbs (900 g) of ground beef
	2 cans of mushroom cream 10 oz (284ml)
	2 stalks of fined cut celery
	1 cut medium onion
	1 1/2 cups (190 ml) of long grain white rice not cooked
	1/2 cup (65 ml) of soya sauce
	2 cups (250 ml) of cold water

- cokk the beef as you like it and remove the fat
- add the beef and all the ingredients in an oven casserole
	with a cover and mix everything
- cook in oven covered for 40 min. at 325 degrees F (165 degrees C)
- cokk in oven non covered 25 min. at 325 degrees F (165 degrees C)
- add chinese noodles on top as you like

* This meal can be frozen
