Fast Made Pasta Salad

Ingredients
	1/4 cup (65 ml) oil or olive oil
	2 tablespoons (30 ml) of lemon juice or red wine vinagar
	1 teaspoon (5 ml) of Dijon mustard
	2 cut cloves of garlic
	salt and pepper to taste
	1/8 teaspoon (0,5 ml) of celery grains (if you want)
	2 cups (500 ml) of cooked chicken cut in cubes
	2 cups (500 ml) of pasta (any kind except rice or spaghetti)

- cook pasta, rince with cold water and drain water and put aside
- add chicken and mix gently

PREPARATION of Salad Dressing
- add oil, lemon juice or wine vinagar, mustard, garlic,
	salt and pepper to taste, celery grains
- mix

- add to salad and mix again

* for variety, substitute chicken by a can of red beans with the
	water removed

* this salad is excellent when put in the refrigerator for 1 hour
	because the salad dressing will penetrate the chicken
