Spinach Salad

Ingredients:
	10 oz. (284 g) of fresh spinach
	2 cups (500 ml) fresh sliced mushrooms
	1 hard boiled egg diced
	6 strips of bacon cooked and dripped
	1 cup (250 ml) of white cheddar cheese cut in cubes
	(take a cheese that has a strong taste like medium or old cheddar)
	1 peeled orange

- wash the spinach with cold water and take off the stems
- put paper towels on the counter then put the spinach on, put another
  layer of paper towels and take a little of the water out
- rip the leafs and put them in a bowl
- add the sliced mushrooms
- add the boiled egg diced
- take the bacon, break them in small pieces and sprinkle over the salad
- add the cheese
- take the peeled orange and cut it into little pieces
- add them to the salad ( the sweetness of the orange will perfume the
  spinach to give it flavour)
- mix it gently with your hands or 2 spoons at the serving of each guests,
  could use any kind of salad dressing

* this recipe is a meal by itself or it could be used as an entrée
