Ingredients
1 clove of garlic cut in halves
1 1/2 cups (185 ml) of carrots cut in julienne style
1 can of artichoke hearts cut in four
1 red pepper cut in strips
1 Iceberg lettuce of average size
1/2 lb (230 g) of Salami cut in strips
- Rub the salad bowl with the garlic and throw away the clove
- Add carrots, artichoke and red peppers in salad bowl
- Wash and strain the lettuce, cut in small pieces, add to other
vegetables and mix well
- Add your favorite home dressing and mix evenly and cover it
with Salami
* Refrigerate for 1 hour and serve
