Perfect Rice Salad

Ingredients
	1 1/2 cups (375 ml) of instant rice
	1 1/2 cups (375 ml) of boiling water
	1/2 cup (125 ml) of celery cut in dice
	1/2 cup (125 ml) of carots cut in dice
	1/2 cup (125 ml) of brocoli cut in small pieces
	1/4 cup (65 ml) of green pepper cut in dice (optional)
	1/2 cup (125 ml) of commercial salad dressing or you
		make your own homemade salad dressing
	1/2 cup (125 ml) of natural yogourt
	1/8 to 1/4 teaspoon (1 ml) cury (optional)

- Prepare the rice and put aside for 5 min
- add the vegetables
- Mix the salad dressing and the yogourt together
- add to the salad and mix
- Put in refrigerator for 1 hour
- Serve on a lettuce bed
- put celery grains or fresh parsely.
- if you want you can add cury
- salt and pepper are not necessary.  Guests can add them to their taste.
