Salad for Chineese Fondu

Ingredients
	2 cups (250 ml) of cooked rice
	1/2 lbs (225 g) of germinated beans
	1/2 package of spinach, cut in pieces
	1 branch of parsaly
	1/2 cup (65 ml) of dry raisins
	2 branches of celery cut in cubes
	1 green pepper cut in cubes
	4 cut green onions
	1/2 lbs (225 g) of mushrooms
	6 oz (170 g) of cachews

- Mix together

Salad dressing:
Ingredients
	1/3 cup (40 ml) of salad oil
	1/4 cup (30 ml) soya sauce
	1 clove of garlic

- Add salad dressing only when serving

** do not put too much (for an individual bowl, 1 teaspoon (5 ml))
