Cheese Sauce

Ingredients:
	1/2 lb. (450 g) of grated cheddar cheese (mild, regular or strong)
	3 tablespoons (45 ml) of white flour
	2 teaspoons (10 ml) of butter
	spices: dill, savory, rosemary, thyme
		(only 1/8 teaspoon (0.6 ml) at your taste)
	tobasco: to entice the taste of cheese
	parsley: added to your taste
	2 1/2 cups (625 ml) of milk and add for consistence

- melt the butter in a frying pan
- add flour and let if get brown
- add the milk, cheese and mix
- add desired spices

* the remaining sauce can be kept in the fridge for the next meal
