Steak Submarine

Ingredients:
	4 submarine or hot dog breads
	1 slice of steak (for 4 persons)
	1/2 lbs. (240 grams) of grated white cheese
	1/2 cup (125 ml) of soya sauce or salad dressing (your choice)
	butter or margarine
	1 tablespoon (15 ml) of oil

- open the breads, add butter or margarine in the interior
- the butter or margarine will avoid drying the bread when cooking
- cut the steak in cubes
- put the cubes in soya sauce or salad dressing for 15 minutes
- cook the steak in a frying pan with 1 teaspoon (15 ml) of oil; let the
  steak cook to you taste.  Add the remaining soya sauce or salad 
  dressing.  No spices are needed during cooking.
- put the cooked steak in each bread; add the grate cheese
- envelop them in aluminum foil and deposit them on a cookie cooking plate
- put in the oven for 10 minutes at the setting GRILL

* the remaining steak submarines can be kept in the refrigerator for
  the next meal
