Express Onion Soup (4 portions)

Ingredients
	1 enveloppe of onion soup mix (2 ounces (42g))
	4 pieces of toasted brown bread
	7 ounces (200 g) of grated white cheddar cheese.
		strong or mild (the cheese will give a better taste)
	salt and pepper as you like it
	1 teaspoon (5 ml) of parmesan per bowl
	
- prepare onion soup mix as per instructions
- put in small bowls for the oven
- toast bread
- cut corners off to obtain a cercle, keep the corners
- deposit the bread on the soup with some corners in each bowl
- add a bit of grated cheese
- then add the parmesan
- cover with the grated cheese
- cook in the oven at 350 degrés F (175 degrés C) for 15 minutes

* if you want a more perfumed soup, add 3 bay leaves when you
  prepare the onion soup mix

* the uneaten bowls can be conserved in the refrigerator for the
  next meal
