Egg Pie

Ingredients:
	3 eggs
	1/3 cup (85 ml) white sugar
	2 cups (500 ml) hot milk
	1/8 teaspoon (0.6 ml) nutmeg

- beat the eggs with the sugar and nutmeg
- add the hot milk while mixing the eggs
- empty in an uncooked pie crust
- cook in the oven at 450 degrees F (230 degrees C) for 10 minutes
- reduce the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for another 20 minutes

* this desert can also be a nutritious meal served with a green salad.
  It can be eaten hot or cold.  The pie can be kept in the fridge
  for only 2 days.
