Apple Pie

Ingredients:
	100 gr. of butter
	50 gr. of white sugar
	50 gr. of gray sugar (vergeoise)
	6 big apples
	Pâte brisée
	3 eggs
	Cinnamon
	Lemon

- Turn on the oven and melt the butter in the microwave (1 mn à 500°).
- Peel the apples and cut then in thin slices. Add the just of the lemon. Reserve.
- Wisk butter, eggs, cinnamon and sugar until a white fluffy cream.
- Add wax paper in the bottom of the pan and add dough.
- Add apples and pour mixture.
- Put pie in oven for fourten minutes.
- When removing pie from oven, sprinkle vergeoise on top.
- Served hot or cold.
- Serves four.

* You can use this recipe for a pear pie.
If you don't have any pâte brisée, use flaky pastry.
If you don't have any vergeoise, use white sugar.
