Cracker Dip

Ingredients:
	3oz of bacon
	2 cups of chedar chesse
	1/2 tasse de mayonaise kraft (sauce à salade)
	3 t.b.s. of shallot
	3 t.b.s. of red pepper
	pepper
	
- Cook bacon until its well cooked and crush it.
- Grate chesse.
- Mix all ingredients and add pepper to taste!
- Cook in microwave for thirty seconds or until the cheese has melted.
- Mix well.
- Serve on crackers
