Homemade Dressing

Ingredients:
	1/2 cup (125 ml) of frying oil
		or 1/2 cup (125 ml) of olive oil
	2 tablespoons (30 ml) de lemon juice
			or of white vinager
			or wine vinager
	1/4 teaspoon (1.2 ml) of white sugar.  If you like it sweet
		then add sugar.  You can replace the sugar with
		sucrine.
	1/4 teaspoon (1.2 ml) of powdered savory
	1/4 teaspoon (1.2 ml) de powdered basil
	cut parsley fresh or dried to your taste
	1 clove of garlic cut, salt and pepper to taste
	you can add an egg yoke only, to have a creamer dressing

- mix the oil and lemon juice together
- then add all the other ingredients desired and mix them with a
	spoon or a fork
- before use, mix the dressing

* can be kept in the fridge for the next meal
